Like so many customers, I'm very satisfied. If it happens that 1 item promised on the site is inadvertently out of stock, the staff do everything possible to repair the error or compensate you. I had this experience recently and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and professional welcome I received. As for the quality of the products and the care taken with the packaging, I say BRAVO. Everything is so beautiful it makes you want to buy more.
I ordered fabric on 2/6/23 at a price of €17.60. I placed a second order on 10/7/23, as I was short of fabric to finish my project. The price was €22, some thirty days later! About a 30% increase! The little free trinkets in the package don't make up for my dissatisfaction.
