Simply perfect. The perfect site!
In a previous order, there was an error in the preparation of the kit (insufficient quantity of thread in one color). This error was corrected without further discussion after I reported it. The embroidery kits are very beautiful and the rendering is remarkable.
Within 24 hours I received my order, along with 3 lovely postcards and a nice note.
