Fter a bit of trouble adding my coupon, the internet service guided me well and very kindly, and I got a little gift in addition, some very pretty little thread boxes.

I was a little disappointed, because I had ordered 40 white glacé linen thread and instead I got polyester cordonnet thread. It's certainly a small mistake on your part, but it doesn't encourage me to order from you again. Otherwise fast delivery.
