Ordered during their holidays and received very quickly after and the products were very carefully packed, very good and very fragrant so only positive.
Very bad communication from this seller. Without any information during the order taking, the site validates your purchase although the delivery is suspended during the holidays. Result more than 3 weeks of delay during which your relay point or yourself may be absent because of holidays.
So far I have never been disappointed by the vanilla beans which suits me perfectly
