I have always greatly appreciated your products: high quality, delivered carefully, quickly, with offers for subsequent orders. However, I am disappointed with my last order of the 500 mL vanilla extract: it is much lighter than before, and especially less concentrated in vanilla, therefore with much less flavor! For me, it was obvious that I would continue to use it for years, and now I have a doubt, I allow myself to share this with you. Thank you for your consideration.

PRODUCTS CERTAINLY GOOD BUT TOO EXPENSIVE AND PACKAGE TRACKING NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED

As for the package tracking, we are sincerely sorry if your experience was not satisfactory. We will review this point with our logistics partner to improve the transparency and reliability of the tracking.
A little disappointed, they were small and moreover all fines are disappointed, I will pass by another site next time.
We offer vanilla beans up to 25 cm in length. The Kely vanilla beans you have chosen are between 12 and 13 cm. If you prefer larger beans, we invite you to choose from our Extra, Prima or Noire Gourmet beans.

Delivery time too long, order placed on November 22 and only delivered to GLS relay point on December 4 after complaint. I would like to see more delivery options, such as colissimo.

First time I'm disappointed, tonka beans almost no taste

The vanilla beans I received were not as large as in previous years.
Very small and without many seeds
I thought the pods would be much bigger, but this will do.
Poorly sealed bag of banded wood that emptied into the box, apart from that the rest looks fine.
Problem with GLS who automatically put my parcel on hold when my husband and I were present, contrary to the false allegations of the deliveryman who didn't leave a notice in the mailbox. As a result, even though I am a PRM, I had to bring my sick husband to the relay to pick up my parcel.

Smaller pods than model...
I have received my parcel but I find it regrettable not to have an invoice or order form in the parcel in order to check the order.

I bought 2 vanilla beans which were sent to me in an envelope. The envelope weighed 13g, which corresponds to 1.16 euros postage. However, I was charged 2.16 euros for postage, which was totally unjustified. Your company exaggerates delivery charges to make a profit.
We have noted your comment and would like to point out that the rate of €1.16 corresponds to a simple green letter, which is not quite the case for our shipment, which was "sent by priority letter with tracking.
Please note that we strive to offer the best delivery rates, which we invoice at cost price with no additional margins. Packaging costs are not charged, and we even offer free delivery above a certain purchase amount.
