The boxes are very good but the UPS delivery service is catastrophic and the shipping packaging is too fragile (the cardboard was torn)
Moreover, there was a delivery delay due to a stock shortage without me being notified.

This is not serious. I requested delivery to a relay point, but selfpackaging did not write my name on the package, so the relay store initially refused to give it to me. I only recovered it after a long dispute. Moreover, I never received any notification by email or phone to inform me that the package had arrived. If I hadn't checked the ups tracking myself, my order could have been sent back to the sender once the deadline had passed. It's very poorly organized.
