I bought washi paper tea boxes with a capacity of 200 g. These are far too small to hold 200 g, I put 100 g at most. I found much better ones elsewhere for the same price or even cheaper.

The capacity of 200 g is what our suppliers indicate. However, it is important to specify that this capacity is given as a guideline and strongly depends on the type of tea: a light and voluminous tea will take up much more space than a denser tea. Therefore, it is normal that some references do not allow for 200 g to fit.

Regarding our prices, we understand your comment. As a small business, we do our best to offer fair prices despite the supply costs, and unfortunately, we cannot always align with the prices of some large players.

The cup was not for me but intended to be given as a gift. I received it without a box, without a label, and without any note indicating its origin (Japan). It was absolutely not presentable as a gift and seemed of lower quality than in the photos. Very disappointed.

The cup received is strictly in accordance with the photos and description present on our site. The visuals do not show any gift box, label, or origin card, and these elements are never announced as included.

This is a Japanese ceramic intended for the domestic restaurant market in Japan, and not a product designed for export or sale in tourist shops. For this type of item, it is quite normal that there is no individual packaging or

The teapot was on promotion because of a default. Only there were two defaults. One was not mentioned. After complaint I was told that the 2 defaults were mentioned.

To flee urgently! When we received the teapots and cups we rinsed them as indicated on the instructions. Result: many brands and the customer service (after more than a month to get an answer) tells us that it is normal. No commercial proposal. The answer to the comment is inadequate, it is well indicated on the instructions that the teapot must be wiped with a dry cloth ...
