G
Rating: 2 out of 5
I bought washi paper tea boxes with a capacity of 200 g. These are far too small to hold 200 g, I put 100 g at most. I found much better ones elsewhere for the same price or even cheaper.

Hello,
We are sorry to hear that these boxes did not meet your expectations.
The capacity of 200 g is what our suppliers indicate. However, it is important to specify that this capacity is given as a guideline and strongly depends on the type of tea: a light and voluminous tea will take up much more space than a denser tea. Therefore, it is normal that some references do not allow for 200 g to fit.
Regarding our prices, we understand your comment. As a small business, we do our best to offer fair prices despite the supply costs, and unfortunately, we cannot always align with the prices of some large players.
We are sincerely sorry for this disappointment and thank you for sharing your feedback, which also helps us better clarify this information to our customers.
