I bought washi paper tea boxes with a capacity of 200 g. These are far too small to hold 200 g, I put 100 g at most. I found much better ones elsewhere for the same price or even cheaper.

The capacity of 200 g is what our suppliers indicate. However, it is important to specify that this capacity is given as a guideline and strongly depends on the type of tea: a light and voluminous tea will take up much more space than a denser tea. Therefore, it is normal that some references do not allow for 200 g to fit.

Regarding our prices, we understand your comment. As a small business, we do our best to offer fair prices despite the supply costs, and unfortunately, we cannot always align with the prices of some large players.

The model presented for sale is equipped with a bamboo handle, but the delivered model has a plastic handle! The customer service, in response to my observation - my disappointment - simply said, "that's how it is."

After checking, the photos on our product page do indeed show the model with a plastic handle, in accordance with the delivered product. However, we understand that the last photo may have caused confusion: it is an image provided by the manufacturer and is not contractual.

The teapot was on promotion because of a default. Only there were two defaults. One was not mentioned. After complaint I was told that the 2 defaults were mentioned.
