Hello, it is not always easy to find the reference that we are looking for in stores or supermarkets. I found the right reference on this site but I find the rates really excessive. vice the business of dependence.

Response from Senup
Hello Mr. Gervais, We have difficulty understanding how you can find our prices excessive when we offer particularly aggressive prices, if not the cheapest on the market with our discounted packaging. In addition, you have benefited from free delivery and we offer a 2% discount via our loyalty system. Today, on the 23/06, you called us to inform us that you had received the wrong packages (on the 5/06?) in correct product packaging for the 5 boxes of TENA. This is quite incredible and unheard of. You then insisted on keeping all these packages free of charge and that we deliver the correct references to you again.
You will understand that we cannot accept this and that we will carefully analyze your package once it is returned. We remain at your disposal for any further information. Sincerely, Frédéric. The Senup team.

The navigation on the site is rather difficult because it is not easy to find your way around the use of the products. There should be an explanation on a specific page specifying the difference between mobile diaper, anatomical protection, anatomical layer .... It would also be necessary to specify the dimensions of the product which are not specified.
The arrival of the products is random, the delays are sometimes very long due to stock shortages and there is no warning. You have to call to solve these problems. So you have to be available to do it. The interlocutors are charming, but the problem remains the same for us users. The follow-up is rather random, it seems that emails warn but not always. Maybe a handling error.... Apart from this fact no errors in the ordered products. So positive and negative.

Response from Senup
Hello Sir, The delivery has indeed been slower than usual but this is displayed in large and in red on all pages of our site. Indeed, the carriers have not yet completely absorbed the delays related to the containment period. As for the product not corresponding to the use that you wish to make of it, I do not think that the responsibility can be imputed to us... As a reminder, a return is always possible. Sincerely, Frédéric, the Smartlifetime team.
