Smartlifetime must change shipper: undelivered packages, notices of passage never left, schedule not respected, deliveries systematically late by ten days or more.

Hello Madam, I would like to apologize for the poor service provided by DPD. We have sent the information to the appropriate department. I would like to inform you that we also offer other carriers such as GLS, Colissimo and UPS. I remain at your disposal for any further information. Sincerely, Frédéric. The Smartlifetime team

As far as the site and shipping are concerned, everything is ok and I recommend this site and the products sold and the speed of shipping. However, the transit by the carriers leaves something to be desired. My package arrived several days later and the box had suffered damage. The very nice delivery man asked me to check if everything was present, it was the case...

Product true to its expectations, but delivery by DDP zero, they are supposed to deliver three times, the first instead of home delivery, they put the packages in a relay point, while on the site it is not even proposed. And the icing on the cake, the delivery point is closed for 2 weeks ... so packages stuck 2 weeks. THANK YOU DDP
