the delivery is done by kiala (ups acces point) it is necessary to specify textually the point relay (CARREFOUR PORTET SUR GARONNE N° of Relay Kiala: 18642 blvard de l'EUROPE 31120 PORTET SUR GARONNE), and in spite of that the delivery was made in another point, or the reception was more than nauseating (TABAC LOTO PMU N° of Relay Kiala: 02886 73, D ANDORRE 31120 PINSAGUEL) the person clearly attacked me in front of the customer because I came one day after the arrival of the parcel, that the big parcels (70 cmx 40cm) it does not like that and that I had not been fast enough to come to recover my parcel.

Hello Mr. Bordes, Delivery is made at your convenience either with Colissimo, GLS, DPD or UPS Access Point (Kiala). When you choose a delivery with UPS AP, a map opens and all the relay points near your address are displayed. Simply choose one and click on "Select". The relay point is then automatically saved as the destination address. You skipped this step and entered in "additional information" a relay point which is no longer part of the UPS - Kiala network. On 2/12 we sent you an email to inform you of the unavailability of the relay point. We have selected the nearest relay point to your home. Regarding the delivery time, we have indeed encountered a longer than usual restocking time. We have asked Abena to make sure that this does not happen anymore.
