What's the point?

I have ordered for many years diapers, pads, wash creams, disposable gloves, cleaning wipes etc. .... for my grandmother who passed away a few days after her 100th birthday. This site is aimed at elderly people and it is not at all adapted to this category of people, it was not conceived for these people. It is complicated. The out-of-stock items are not indicated! To obtain the gifts it is complicated and one should not make a mistake otherwise to cancel, what a galley! I had very often problems to order and especially to re-order the same things and I sometimes spent a lot of time to simply place the same order!
