What's the point?

I have ordered for many years diapers, pads, wash creams, disposable gloves, cleaning wipes etc. .... for my grandmother who passed away a few days after her 100th birthday. I have always been very satisfied with my orders and now I need to buy again because my brother with Down's syndrome is very old and is nearing the end of his life. Naturally I ordered again on the site because I knew that I would find absolutely everything I needed at Smartlifetime. I buy by the whole box it's more economical I receive everything at home in a well packed box and very quickly. I recommend this site because you can find absolutely everything you need for your care.

This site is aimed at elderly people and it is not at all adapted to this category of people, it was not conceived for these people. It is complicated. The out-of-stock items are not indicated! To obtain the gifts it is complicated and one should not make a mistake otherwise to cancel, what a galley! I had very often problems to order and especially to re-order the same things and I sometimes spent a lot of time to simply place the same order!
