Hello Mr. Pierens, after checking, we note that the delivery of your package with GLS was slower than expected. Usually, a delivery with GLS is done in 24 to 48 hours with a deposit in a relay point in case of absence. I see that your package was presented on 21/01 and 23/01 but that nobody was present to receive it. The package was finally dropped off at a relay point on 24/01, which is particularly long for a shipment on 17/01. I apologize for this delay. The problem has been passed on to GLS. I was delivered with a month wait while the site announced 4 days for restocking. Smartlifetime accused its supplier Siissel... I had ordered from Sissel and I was delivered in 2 days! As I did not receive my equipment in time with Smartlifetime, I had to buy this equipment elsewhere for my training course, and send back the package from Smartlifetime after receiving it... In short, supposedly a promotion, and in the end, a lot of complications for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
