Delivery very badly managed ...
3 weeks delay for a product announced as in stock within 8 days. Still not in stock to this day and no information from Smartlife about this delay.
Order deliverable in 48h according to the site. Delivered in 3 WEEKS!!! No response after two return requests. To flee...
Why? Because it happens to everyone to make a mistake and not to take back an unused item to have an exchange is not commercial and regret a lot. Lose a good customer, too bad!
Wrong product and wrong indication on the website
Delivery times were not respected at all even though my order was urgent and despite my reminders, I was very disappointed.
The order arrived a week late. The products were available and sent within 48 hours. IT IS ONLY A LIE. They sell products necessary to severe incontinents having a real need, and in my case I can not move me being able to move,
I placed my order on December 8 and received the items on December 23 too long for me!!!
Deadlines not respected, order received much too late
I was delivered with a month wait while the site announced 4 days for restocking. Smartlifetime accused its supplier Siissel... I had ordered from Sissel and I was delivered in 2 days! As I did not receive my equipment in time with Smartlifetime, I had to buy this equipment elsewhere for my training course, and send back the package from Smartlifetime after receiving it... In short, supposedly a promotion, and in the end, a lot of complications for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
