The Sen'up service and the products are very good. However, the delivery service by DPD was catastrophic! The driver did not deliver on time. On the date scheduled for delivery, he supposedly did not find us, even though we live on a major thoroughfare and we regularly receive deliveries from other companies. The next day and the day after that, we didn't see him either (he had too many deliveries to make, he told us later!) I had to contact the DPD center every day and send them an email to make an appointment. As a result, the delivery was urgent and I had to buy the products elsewhere.
