Package shipped quickly. For the delivery, non-existent communication 1) not knowing where the package was going to be delivered, 2) not warned of its arrival in relay point. (too much subcontracting in my opinion) Fortunately, I called again to find out, and a communication officer gave me all the necessary information. Otherwise the package would have left. I am therefore satisfied with my order, not with the delivery.
