It's a birth gift for 2 months from now, so it hasn't been tested yet. Otherwise for me the package is fine
Well-designed site
The nightlight is very pretty, but the description advertised a touch-switch function to enable children to operate it. But this is not the case: there are only on, off and 15-minute settings, and the switch is too complicated for children to use.
5 out of 5 for the shipment, which couldn't have been quicker. On the other hand, the description of one product (crib sheets) was wrong, and the size didn't correspond at all to the sheets I received. I still haven't heard back from customer service, even though baby is due to arrive in less than 2 weeks. I was hoping for a response as quick as the shipping service, as I currently have no sheets to put in his bed, and time is seriously running out, as he could be born at any moment.

The dispatch of my new order has not yet been executedI, although it has passed quite a time since I placed it. On the contrary my previous order was very quickly executed. However, the communication with the staff is very good.
I paid for express delivery to be delivered within 24 hours and after 1 week I still had not my order and never seen at least a refund of the difference for delivery, I do not say all but at least a gesture or the difference between the two!!!!
Beautiful products! I'm a fan of swaddling bags, but one of the products I ordered arrived stained.

One word less and a big disappointment on receipt, as this item is of no use to me...
No response from customer service
Fast delivery but the product did not correspond to the description. After-sales service offered me a 40% refund.
Difficulty navigating.
One of the products was replaced by another without consulting me, I'd rather wait for a restock than have a product I didn't choose. Otherwise, the other products were perfect and delivered quickly.

Some products are great, others not so great. Disappointed that there is no possibility of free return, already that the delivery is paying.
It's a pity that on the dresses it's a 3D drawing and not real material, even if it's well informed on the description of the clothes... I find it expensive as a result.
At the time of ordering we are offered gift wrapping, I paid for this service and I end up with a simple green gift wrap with dogs on it! For the price, I frankly expected better! The wrapping was unusable, so I threw it away. You don't give a child a gift with dog heads on it, and you don't charge that much for it... Very disappointed, too bad because I was satisfied with the product.

I have nothing to say about the site or the product, which are fine. What annoys me is that I ordered gift-wrapping, paid for it, and the wrapping was so badly done that I tore it up and made another one myself... I feel that sevirakids did not provide the expected service.

Product error
Fast shipping easy to buy. Lack of detailed photos (e.g. universal footmuff compatible with 3 or 5-point car seat, need images certifying fit and installation on car seat, and 5 points at that).
Two item errors on the order. We sent an email to find out how to proceed using the "contact us" section. We still haven't received a reply. We're going to send back the items sent in error, but we're not sure we'll be able to reorder the ones we want. Otherwise, the other products are of good quality and very pretty.
