It's a gift from a birth list, and the site doesn't specify a delivery address different from the billing address! I live in the Nantes region (44) and the recipient is in Gap (05), so although the delivery is free, I'm going to have to pay for redelivery.

Ordered a flat baby pillow in cotton percale and bamboo. The pillow is fine, but after washing at 30° (it's supposed to last up to 40), it pilled up completely and is no longer flat at all, so no longer usable. I sent this info back to customer service, who sent me a new pillow, without accepting my request for a refund. Unfortunately, the problem is exactly the same with the new one after washing, and I haven't heard from customer service since.

I love the vintage collection and I've taken almost everything plus items from another collection! The biggest concern is the delivery costs when you see the services on other sites, it's a shame personally if I don't have a real crush like the vintage collection I prefer to see the offers on other sites! and the lack of loyalty points is also a minus it's a shame really!

Wide choice perfect delivery time
Nice products, but not much choice in terms of clothing, and above all a misleading product description, at least for the so-called tactile nightlight. The nightlight is very pretty but in no way tactile, whereas the description really emphasizes this quality. This was very disappointing and led to a loss of confidence in the brand. Especially as the complaint was handled in a very standard way and so far no refund has been received...
I've never been able to log into my account to see the order tracking.
The search on the site could be made easier, and the girl/boy distinction is useless and made me waste time... Finally, when I received the parcel, I would have preferred there to be less plastic.

I paid extra for the product to be delivered to the requested address and I receive an e-mail in English telling me that it has arrived at a relay point.
Disappointed because it was sent as a gift and the wrong sleeping bag was sent. And that the recipients of the gift had to deal with the return. I can't judge the product as I'm not the recipient.
A lot of interesting things, but I find the quality of the items really not great. I've ordered from the site 3 times now, but each time I've been disappointed by the quality. So I won't be ordering again.
Gift-wrapped for €4.80, except that it's just gift-wrap, so no effort is required. Forget the little card with the note on it. Fast delivery though.
