Very disappointed by the sales contact and the lack of consideration for the customer's needs. A child's precious comforter should not be the object of such commercial practices.
The box arrived broken
Mittens tore after 1st wash in delicate cycle
I received the broken footboard and would like to receive a functional one.
The delivery arrived 2 days after it was supposed to. First it went to a bad destination. 3 days I was stuck at home waiting for my parcel.

Product received did not correspond to the product ordered. It was a gift already wrapped. So once the gift was given I was very surprised.
Unfortunately, the two items ordered are not in conformity: - the pillowcase has seams that are far too fragile - the bed braid shown as 200 cm on the description is only 180 cm.
Bamboo comforter and pillows received Washed according to washing instructions Duvet and pillow turned into covers full of pilling so unusable.!!!! Shameful!!!
Baby sleeping bag bought for a birth gift and sent directly to my friend. But product error! I received a milky winter sleeping bag when I had ordered a cotton summer one. Reshipment at my expense from the buyer when it was an error on the part of the seller!
Very disappointed with my purchase because I didn't think I had bought the wrong sleeping bag... However, as there's only a photo of the closed sleeping bag as a description, it's impossible to know if it's the right model I ordered... I would have preferred an evolving sleeping bag (with something to put the child in) and not a simple enmaillotage sleeping bag. At the price of the product, the site could at least put photos of the inside of the sleeping bags!
