The website is good, the order arrived quickly, but the items were not exactly the same as those ordered... they were less pretty.

No problem

Disappointed with the delivery with customs fees as a surprise! Product of good quality to the touch, very soft and pretty color. The cushion is not really a pillow.

Very good

When I go to the site, as there are so many items to satisfy so many people, it's hard to find what I want in one go. Sometimes I need to go to another site like amazon to get the exact name of the item to search for it. This should be improved. This is my 3rd order, so I'm no novice.

A bit confusing between invoice address and delivery address

We have some reservations about the item we received because we thought we were getting a mauve sleeping bag, as per the photos on the site, and we received a grey model. After contacting customer service, they confirmed that what we had received was what we had ordered... a strange response...

Hello, fast shipping but my order arrived with some anomalies. In fact, the sleeping bag is unstitched on one side, allowing the stuffing to come out. Too bad

Only delivery isn't top-notch, Amazon delivers and if you're not there, there's no alternative....

Site design poorly adapted, size readout not very visible

I could have put 4 or 5 stars but I was disappointed because I couldn't benefit from the 10% discount on my first order as advertised on the site. I notified them by e-mail and they very quickly and kindly offered me several solutions for compensation. I opted for a complimentary shoulder bib. However, when I opened the parcel, I was disappointed to find that the bib was not there, contrary to what I had been promised...

Very good but expensive products

I received my order in 2 packages delivered on different days without being informed.

I still haven't received the tour d'en lit even though I received the sleeping bag.

The products are not as high quality as they appear. The colors of the bumper pads are much less vivid than in the pictures. The photos do not reflect the product received. Textile quality is lower. Disappointed with the image sold.

It's because I knew what to look for thanks to the Facebook page, otherwise it was impossible to find the mittens in the categories, so I used the search bar. it's a shame because it's a product that few people know about and if you don't stumble across it by chance while looking for something else in the same category, you can miss out.

1 month to receive a birth gift... the first parcel had no tracking number and was obviously lost. Customer service was reactive, and a second shipment was made, this time with a tracking number.

At first, I only received one item out of the two I ordered. The second was sent to me after my call to ..... as the e-mail I had sent had not been answered.

The cover is of high quality, but no instructions are provided. There are numerous links and hidden scratches, and no way of knowing which link attaches to which link, or what the scratches are for. The site's customer service wasn't working, so I tried to find out via the messaging system on the Facebook page, but they couldn't get back to me. Instead of explaining the links and Velcro, they told me how to use the zippers to pass the car seat straps through...

Good site, good products ... surprised to receive my package in poor condition because little or not protected, it's a shame.

Website for the sale of wrap blankets

I wanted to order a fuchsia swaddling blanket for my daughter. Their site had a malfunction and the order was placed for a blue one. I pointed this out to them, but they didn't offer to change the color of the blanket, which I think is a shame. The site is a bit messy.

I was not present when my order arrived, I found it placed behind my house against my bay window, fortunately my neighbors were not curious and no one took it, the collissimo number was not found on the post office website.

Shipped as ordered by recorded delivery. Slightly long delivery time (5 working days).

The site is well designed and easy to order. The products are of very good quality and even more beautiful in person than on the photos. However, the order took a long time to arrive and was far from the 2-4 days advertised.

The color is not the same it says turquoise and I received it water green.
