Clear, concise site
I was very pleased when I received the evolutive swaddling bag, both for its originality and its quality, but a little disappointed when I put it in the machine for the first time. Despite' a gentle wash, it came out with lots of pilling on the tip, where you put the baby's head, so when I first washed it, even though I'd never used it, it looked like it was already worn and old. It's a shame. On the plus side, the shipping was fast and there was a small gift.
Clear website and fast delivery. The only problem was that I couldn't track my delivery and the customer service that was supposed to send me an email didn't do it.
