Following a custom order, I found it super easy and straightforward. They send you an approval form to be sure before production starts, and that's great. I had several problems with delivery, the first delivery was returned because the parcel was damaged and the carpet ripped, the second delivery was returned because the delivery address was not respected and the parcel was dropped off at a relay station in another village... But the carpet finally arrived, and it was top notch, nothing to complain about! my companion is very happy :)
