Disappointing welcome in store. Equipment initially provided does not match the reserved ski range. The only positive point: the rental price, but I will rent elsewhere next time.

Regarding the equipment, our team strives to adapt the material to the size and level of the skier. In this case, skis suitable for a youth/performance practice were offered, with alternatives when you returned to the store.

Perfect, we love this team
Very good, good material and very nice gentleman. We have rented with them several times already.
In terms of location. Ski Republic is located at the foot of the residence where we stayed, at the foot of the ski lifts so it’s perfect. Except that the ski rental is deplorable, skis that keep coming off and getting out of adjustment in the middle of the descent! Risk of injury +++ After returning to the ski rental shop to explain our problem, the staff only found to say that it was the weather... It should be noted that we were 4 people renting skis from them, 3 of whom had issues with their skis.

Everything went well except that I didn't have the information that there needed to be a delay of 18 hours between the order and the reception at the agency...

The shop charged us for a helmet reserved online but not picked up on site without warning after checking, we had to discuss to obtain a refund, due to a dispute between an online order and their internal accounting
