Friendly staff, but the ranges of skis and shoes do not necessarily match the paid offer on the internet (often inferior) and the response given to the customer is that the website contains errors ... Aging equipment and not very well maintained, probably due to turnover, which required a return for exchange on the second day (exchange went well in itself). Support during fittings is also questionable as I have experienced better in other stores because it was too passive, perhaps linked to the approach of the end of the season I don't know .. To summarize, quite disappointed with the service overall .. we will therefore go to the competition next year ..

The skis offered were not bad but it's a shame that the sizes (width and length) are imposed (170cm for 182 cm is a bit tight)

Cheap rental is great. Staff not very friendly. Ski very deteriorated
We got four ski packs. My daughter had one ski that was ok and one that un-adjusted and couldn't be clipped into the boot at all. She had to walk back and get it sorted out. My friend and one good ski and one that kept on falling off. Not great.

Regarding your daughter’s skis, we confirm that she returned to the shop and that the equipment was readjusted. Our team also advised to come back immediately if the issue occurred again so that we could provide a replacement. Unfortunately, we were not informed of any further problem during the week.
Concerning your friend’s skis, we were only made aware of the issue at the end of the rental period, which unfortunately did not allow us to intervene earlier and offer a solution during your stay.
Please note that all our equipment is regularly checked and maintained, but technical issues can occasionally occur. When they do, our teams are always available to adjust or replace the equipment as quickly as possible.

We arrived at 7pm to collect our ski gear and were told to come back the next day as ski rental closed at 7pm. We said the website said 7.30pm close, but they said that’s just the sales side of the shop, not rentals. It would be useful for the confirmation email or website to say this, as it would have meant we’d miss the skiing the next morning. Luckily he agreed to serve us in the end that day. More generally, my boots didn’t quite fit right and I found the staff to be rude and dismissive when I flagged this. One of the carrying handles on my boots was also broken, and my helmet was uncomfortable.

No reception. Limited equipment that I had photographed to avoid a problem upon return for security. If the seasonal workers do not like the activity, they should change jobs.

I do not recommend renting snow equipment in La Plagne. The boots were uncomfortable (I got bruises) and the board was damaged

Material and price correct but lacks precision on the location and the real name of the store
Skis were good. They looked a little bit old but had good wax and edges. Service was fast. The guy in the store was unprofessional and disrespectful. Almost hostile. Don't recommend the store if you're not native French speaker or non-white. (Of you're really interested to know: Our home resort is Whistler and we're expert skiers. But the skiing is fundamentally different in Europe vs North America. We're powder skiers and have wide skis here. I also make small adjustments in our bindings depending on the situation. I tried to discuss These options with your guy (Christian). He was not having any of it and essentially refused to engage any conversation or discuss any other options. I don't think anyone actually reads this but I'm writing it anyway because you asked!)

Service was quick and simple and the equipment was ok - however I booked prestige equipment and was handed what they had in the shelf, being told 'what do you expect, it's Friday'. I also had issues with the bindings releasing a number of times when going over compressions, not as a result of the DIN settings. Due to an online booking discount I probably got what I paid for, but not what I expected based on the booking.
- Staff were somewhat rude - Insoles of the boots were not attached and moved around during wear - Paid for top level skis but the edges weren't very sharp and overall were quite worn.

I ordered mid-range equipment benefiting from good discounts. In the store, we had items that were already several seasons old. I think I would have had the same if I had taken the budget pack because I don't think it would have been worse. I came back twice to find a pair of shoes suitable for my feet. It's certain that this store does not benefit from the latest technologies in terms of service. It cost me 2 days of enjoyable skiing. For the price and the welcome, I still give it a second star.

The online service is certainly economically interesting, however, the service offers little flexibility and the options ultimately increase the price. Moreover, since the store is located away from the center, if you need to change the equipment, you lose time. To summarize, if you need equipment at attractive prices, it's not bad, but if you need more, you will ultimately lose out.

I reserved a prestige pack at expert level for a week in La Plagne. The equipment is nothing prestigious, particularly the shoes, which are low-end. The friendliness of the staff is remarkable but does not compensate at all for the usurped qualification of the equipment.

Rental of a prestige expert pack: nothing prestigious in there, skis cosmetically full of scratches and shoes barely better than the low-end (less than 250€ new) but charged 50% more than for beginner packs. Very disappointed in the end. I will surely rent elsewhere next time. However, the staff was very pleasant.

Disappointing welcome in store. Equipment initially provided does not match the reserved ski range. The only positive point: the rental price, but I will rent elsewhere next time.

The shop charged us for a helmet reserved online but not picked up on site without warning after checking, we had to discuss to obtain a refund, due to a dispute between an online order and their internal accounting

In-store service was very good, the advisors were nice and gave good advice for putting on ski boots ;). The after-sales service was not great, I requested a refund for a day of unused reservation. Refusal even though the skis were not blocked for others... not accommodating even though it was the client's fault.
Charging for sensation packs that are not available in-store and not offering a refund is not a good experience, I will leave a Google comment.

This year, we were disappointed with the quality of the equipment at Ski Republic, rather than its age. The shoes are extremely worn, and the skis were received with scratches on their surface right upon receipt. The staff, however, is always top-notch!

Very friendly and professional seller, but unfortunately I couldn't modify my order when I went to the store as the website had a bug. I ended up placing a full package order when I only needed part of the equipment. I am waiting for a refund that is taking a long time to arrive.

Regarding your reservation, it was made online in the form of complete packages (skis, shoes, poles, and helmet). When you visited the store, you ultimately chose to take only part of the equipment planned in the reservation.
As indicated in our reservation conditions, the non-use of part of a package unfortunately does not entitle you to a partial refund, as the price is applied to the entire reserved package.

Hello I am just saddened by the fact that I returned my son's skis and mine as well as the shoes on February 27 because there was an unforeseen event, my son's dad came to pick them up on Saturday morning so I had to return the skis the day before. I thought I could get a refund but apparently not for the rest everything was fine thank you best regards
Correct price but. Average or defective material (3 returns to the store)
The skis were perfect, no issues on that side. However, the reservation made by Ski Republic was nowhere to be found, whether with the number or my name. Total lack of communication. This did not make things easier on site.
