Good evening, the equipment is very good but I realized on Friday February 28th after having paid the rental for my companion Didier Cornouaille and me Isabelle Guerrier that I had paid the totality of the week for my companion whereas he had returned his equipment on Sunday evening 23rd. The reason: serious knee problem (he had to go and see the doctor in Samoens). The manager downstairs at the 217 avenue du fer à cheval samoens store said it wouldn't be counted. I had taken out Carré+ insurance with Republic Ski, but I never received any document confirming this insurance. I had to modify an item (ski boots) in my order, placed a few months ago. By deleting the boot rental displayed at 59€ in my order summary, I ended up with only 29.5€ deducted from my overall order. However, the discount codes were the same. I find this very average, and displaying "free cancellation" on your site is quite simply misleading advertising. I've been going through your site for several years now, but my experience last year (ski boots in very poor condition because there was no stock available when I changed my boots a day after my arrival) at La Plagne Bellecote, as well as this year's experience, will certainly be the reason for my loyalty to Ski republic.
