This year, we were disappointed with the quality of the equipment at Ski Republic, rather than its age. The shoes are extremely worn, and the skis were received with scratches on their surface right upon receipt. The staff, however, is always top-notch!

I am very disappointed with the equipment I rented. The snowboard was okay, but the bindings were of poor quality. I had to change the bindings on the first day because my feet were coming loose as the bindings were not sturdy. The snowboard boots were catastrophic; they hurt my feet horribly. Similarly, I had to change them after the first day as my ankles were red, and despite changing shoes, the situation remained the same. I had to go rent other shoes from another rental company. After this bad experience, I hope the equipment will be renewed on your side.

Warm welcome with a listening and efficient team. The rented equipment was very good!
Very friendly and professional seller, but unfortunately I couldn't modify my order when I went to the store as the website had a bug. I ended up placing a full package order when I only needed part of the equipment. I am waiting for a refund that is taking a long time to arrive.

Regarding your reservation, it was made online in the form of complete packages (skis, shoes, poles, and helmet). When you visited the store, you ultimately chose to take only part of the equipment planned in the reservation.
As indicated in our reservation conditions, the non-use of part of a package unfortunately does not entitle you to a partial refund, as the price is applied to the entire reserved package.

Excellent service, I was able to change equipment during my stay from skiing to snowboarding without difficulty. The prices are really reasonable and the quality of the equipment is up to par.
