Our stay went very well, the staff are flexible and very pleasant. The babysitting option came in very handy!
The team is welcoming, but the store is far too small to accommodate so many people. As a result, we had to wait 3h30 to pick up our ski equipment, losing 1/2 day's ski pass.

My skis were great and my boots fitted perfectly.
One of the staff members was not very pleasant. Being a beginner, I didn't know how to put on my ski boots but I didn't get any more help or explanations.
I rented out a very good pair of boots, skis, pole and a very good helmet. The skis worked well on an off piste, in different conditions, as well as the boots being comfy.
I've been coming here for 5 years and it's been great.
No skis available for changing mid week.
