GREAT SERVICE ON SITE BUT BE CAREFUL OF THE PRICES THAT INCREASE AND CHANGE ALL THE TIME; it feels like we're being scammed! Otherwise good equipment and good service
The ski gear was quite worn out. I found the boots quite uncomfortable. Service was fine but during school breaks anyway it gets frantic so staff was rushed to help all customers. Location of the store was perfect in the Le Hameau main lobby.

The equipment was good, the ski boots were comfortable, the staff were very friendly and obliging. The reason for 4 not 5 stars is because you have to queue for an hour to collect the equipment if collecting in a Saturday evening. It was the same last year too, but the price of the rental is very good and so we will continue to use this company each year and be prepared for the long queue on the first day. the staff do their best to keep the process as fast as possible clearly working hard, so I’m not sure what they can do to change this situation.
