Easy order but no customer service, do not take the Carre+ insurance, Carbon tells you in-store that they do not manage it and therefore you have to pay everything to open a file in case of breakage, very mediocre material and I could go on with the follow-up of the boots ...

Big organizational problems
Interesting price but quality of the material in relation.
Friendly staff, a bit of waiting for the equipment pickup because everyone mainly arrives on Saturday afternoon or at the end of the day... but super quick to return the equipment!
This review is about my online purchasing experience only. I should say I have always found Ski Republic rental staff to be fantastic, which is why I am using them again. The website does not appear to be compatible with Apple Safari browser. I tried on two different devices over several days, each time, the payment would not go through. Eventually, I tried Google Chrome and it worked. Apart from the inconvenience, the problem was that my original discount code had expired and a new one was worth 5% less discount, so I ended up paying 5% more than I should have.
Apart from the 2 1/2 hour waiting to receive the equipment (there were 12 people ahead of us but still that amount of time is ridiculous), everything was good.

Very available and friendly team. Small downside, the organization needs to be reviewed. We queue several times to register for the first time and then once equipped, we queue again. I am sure there is a smoother way to avoid these waiting times.

Hello, Navigation and ordering are simple on your site. But I am disappointed, when wanting to add 3 people to my order I do not benefit from the same rates. I find that a shame.
