I rented two junior packs for 4 days, but my son did not want to ski so I returned the pack after one day and in exchange the shop refused to lend me a pair of women's boots and women's skis for just one day to avoid losing my money. Not customer-friendly at all.

Always easy, efficient and without bad surprises
Friendly staff, but the ranges of skis and shoes do not necessarily match the paid offer on the internet (often inferior) and the response given to the customer is that the website contains errors ... Aging equipment and not very well maintained, probably due to turnover, which required a return for exchange on the second day (exchange went well in itself). Support during fittings is also questionable as I have experienced better in other stores because it was too passive, perhaps linked to the approach of the end of the season I don't know .. To summarize, quite disappointed with the service overall .. we will therefore go to the competition next year ..

Regarding the equipment, we strive to provide gear corresponding to the reserved ranges, sometimes with alternatives or upgrades depending on availability. It is true that some ranges may present already used equipment, which is inherent to rentals, but it is regularly checked and maintained.
We also take into account your comment about the in-store support. Listening and advising are integral parts of our service, and we regret if this was not perceived that way during your visit.
We note, however, that the equipment exchange was able to be carried out quickly, which remains essential to ensure the continuity of your stay.
