Unacceptable waiting times, limited welcome...
This is the worst store in terms of advice I've ever been to in my life. Maxime, who can't even screw a snowboard on properly, takes the cake. Absolutely flee. I've heard them say that they should only give these advice papers to satisfied people... Very serious!
I asked for a partial refund as my daughter was only able to ski half of the holiday (fractured wrist). I was referred to the Ski Republic website: no return to date. In addition, the quality of the equipment was very poor.

Not happy. Only one pair of 22.5 shoes in the store. My daughter complains about touching the toe, and the sales assistant brings me back wet shoes for a change. Finally we're told to come back on Sunday morning. On Sunday morning, they bring me some old shoes from the cellar. We'll settle for Saturday's pair. We then had to change our 20cm poles, which were too small. We were given two different sticks. Store to be avoided.
Good welcome but poor quality equipment (broken several times during the week) and old. In addition, it did not correspond to the performance pack and there was no longer any choice in stock.
Store too small
I had ordered a pair of very good quality skis but was told when I got to the store that this was not the case. I AM THEREFORE DISAPPOINTED because these poor-quality skis have aggravated my knee disease.
