The experience which I have had was entirely positive - my children's three pairs of skis and boots were of a very high quality and the attention to detail was precise. In addition to renting skis I had my own skis serviced and this was done speedily and efficiently. The staff were incredibly polite

There was an issue with the computer so we were asked to return in an hour. Not a problem as we could buy some groceries. We did ask to leave our boots which was not a problem and was a relief. We returned and had an  excellent experience with a very helpful member of staff and left with great skis!

Had many problems with my boots since I have abnormally wide feet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing me to change my boots multiple times.
