I asked for a partial refund as my daughter was only able to ski half of the holiday (fractured wrist). I was referred to the Ski Republic website: no return to date. In addition, the quality of the equipment was very poor.
A great team, very attentive to our needs as occasional skiers... Good equipment, and great responsiveness if there's a problem with the skis! And that's nice. And all with a smile! And a sense of humor.

Problem with my right foot, impossible to put on. They found me THE magic pair that saved my week of skiing. Great team with a great sense of humor, who know how to help and advise you. Go with your eyes closed.
