It's a pity they didn't agree to change the bent ski poles (supplied by the store: we should certainly have checked when they were given to us, but the equipment is given very quickly, leaving no room for discussion: you give it to them, try on a boot, then leave) - friendly staff

Best service by the girl and guy working there dealing with a massive new crowd of people all coming in at once for ski's, boots etc. So friendly, efficient and the equipment was excellent - most comfortable boots I've ever had. Gros merci a tous!!
