Friendly welcome, a little lack of organization but nothing too serious.
I hired ëgold' package and was very pleased with skis provided and the friendly customer service. When I had to go back for a new pair after mine had been accidentally taken, reassuring advice of what I should do and a new pair of skis provided- fortunately original skis were recovered

Some of our Skis were stolen in an odd pair (!!) and they were very helpful in retrieving them, without any extra charge.
