The order was incomplete, the sticks are missing.
3rd year buying, no worries until this time. I bought the wrong size, within a minute I notified them by email, I added a note (shipping sheet) imploring not to send the package. No phone number in short, I had to send back some receipts, I think my delivery costs (18 euros) will not be reimbursed (not counting the CO2 A/R for nothing). It's a shame.
Not delivered to my home as specified. Wasted time waiting in for delivery on two consecutive days. No attempt made to deliver by DPD France despite SMS messages confirming delivery slots. Had to go and collect skis from local shop in the end. Unacceptable.
The boat broke on first use!
I tried three times, but the package never arrived to my house.

Dissatisfied with the service because a ski stop was mowed, which prevented me from putting the ski on properly. I had to untwist it at the risk of damaging the binding in order to do so.

I was charged the amount on my card and they did not send me the product. And I had to ask them to refund the amount. I am waiting for them to return it to me.

Bindings not mounted as prescribed, even though ski, bindings and boots were included in the same order. Worst of all, the boot bindings were mounted upside down.

The skis were described as category 1, they are more damaged than the other skis in category 2 that I ordered! I'm very disappointed Moreover they were all greasy, dirty, when I received them Really it's been several times that I order from you I was satisfied but here too disappointed! !!!! I'll have to keep them because I need them....

It was in very bad condition, the photo was not true to reality.
Unfortunately, both pairs of boots were badly worn. Why doesn't a photo show a particular feature? I'm disappointed.
The skis that were sent out were rebuilt on the "underside" but very worn, scratched and dirty on the tops. The white bindings were very damaged. In addition, a pair of poles (invoiced) were missing from my order and, finally, the carrier who was supposed to make an appointment for delivery turned up without contacting me beforehand. Luckily, someone was able to open the door for him......To come back to the condition of the skis: I had chosen a wear condition of "1" for the 3 pairs.
Very degraded ski surface. Visually, these skis were not saleable. It seems that it's not even the pair. One ski is more degraded than the other. Only the sole seems correct.

Maybe the delivery time to France is short, but to Sweden it took 12 Days for the delivery to arrive.
The skis were quite scratched
Skis correct underneath but well worn on top even in wear level number 2 might as well take 3 if it's to have that or even take nothing.
