Ski stage 3 but one of the skis is in very poor condition, almost unsellable. I don't understand how one can sell skis for 70€ in such bad condition.

I ordered 3 pairs of skis, boots, and poles and I only received one pair of boots. In the meantime, I am trying to contact Skioccas but no response...

Customer service absent, unable to handle requests on time before shipping the packages despite several messages to rectify before shipping, then responses like "well I don't know if it's classic or skating" : seriously.... Mediocre! 2 weeks wasted, and an internship without ski shoes

A piece is missing on my skis, which show more pronounced signs of use than expected for a wear category of level 1. Can a commercial gesture be made? Otherwise, I will have to return these skis whose wear seems to be at a higher level than those ordered. Thank you for your understanding.

The ski being in wear state 3, is much more worn than the other skis delivered by you in the same wear state. I would therefore like to return them.

The skis received did not match the photo on the skioccas site. The skis were supposed to be in a wear level 1 ("They show visible scratches" according to the skioccas site). This is not the case. While the base is correct, the tips are very damaged. Some "gouges" have been patched with resin. Others have not. The internal fiber is exposed in places, jeopardizing the waterproofing of the ski. For €100 and from all the ads on Le Bon Coin that I have browsed, no individual dares to offer skis in this condition for more than €20. Experience to forget.

I agree that they are used and cheap... but at least when you sell them, check if they still have some edges... I received skis with almost nonexistent edges... also poorly made... thank you anyway, regards.
Unfortunately, the skis received are very damaged and not in line with the images shown on the site at the time of purchase, therefore I would like to return them and be refunded.
They sent me some destroyed skis that I had to return
I am not at all happy or ordered a product based on a photo and instead I received a different product...
The ski quality received is very very low

The shoes are defective, the walk/ski mode no longer works and remains in walk mode only.

The condition of the boots were a lot worse than I expected. If I had realised the true condition I would not have bought them. The high postage cost €30 doesn’t mean a return is viable. I’m better off selling myself.
They should not sell skis with notable problems in the bindings. It is a safety element that must be checked and should not have the play that the skis I received had.

Photos do not match items received. Sticks worn rotten. Scratched/twisted torn straps. I lost my money

Level 3, ski extremely degraded, you could even see the wooden structure...
Received skis missing front tip protectors with nice holes.... Skis sent back ok, but chronopost announces 11 days to transport the skis, so at least 12 days to get a refund and buy other skis... Not great...
Parcel has not arrived!
I have not received my order yet. i am waiting and i don't know anything about my material from a very high purchase.
I bought grade 1 ski's but when I received them they were really poor quality. After sending an email they didn't even bother to react.
I am still waiting for the delivery which is on tour for months now. It is stuck somewhere in Sweden. Fortunately, we've got a long winter here in the north, but if it's not reaching us, then it makes no sense to order something again.
I have not received my order even though it was announced to me.
The skis have arrived without toe clips
It was delayed two times. Then when it finally arrived, they failed to deliver it to the correct address, but never called me. I went skiing without my order. I don’t need it any more and I want my money back.
I was offered a discount that was never applied.
I have been waiting for my order since 15.12.2023 and they promised to deliver it on the 21st at the latest. It is now 25.12.2023 and I have received nothing. Not even an explanation.
Good service, but the damage rating does not correspond to what I received.
More wear and tear than it should be
