Serious site , material conforms to my expectations
However, the fasteners were not adjusted despite the instructions.
The Rossignol junior skis I received are really damaged at the tip, but considering the price! It's a shame, but the boots are okay.
Filter tabs close with each click, a little annoying
Compliant, the deliveryman for 12 euros of delivery did not come the day decided. i would have preferred a delivery in relay parcel to 6 euros.

I received the wrong pair of shoes
The big negative: The condition of the skis and boots is overestimated. Equipment (condition 2) really very very damaged (more than condition 3), no degressive rate for delivery, packaging very damaged (the box of skis was open and skis protruding, because freegliss "wanted to save a package by grouping shoes and skis " (according to the deliveryman), while I paid 5 deliveries. On the plus side: good technical advice over the phone, extremely fast delivery (24h),
I chose to take skis with a wear condition of 2 but I realize that the skis are really damaged on top. I think that's a shame.
Skis more damaged than I thought for a level 2
Certainly second-hand skis, moderate prices but the image given in the ad is not that of the reality of the product which is more damaged than on the image.
The photos do not reflect reality. It's a shame, otherwise good product, fast service.
Mixed experience, the pair of rossignol skis ( wear condition 2 ) ordered for my wife correspond to my expectations and to the description of wear levels on your site, I'm satisfied.On the other hand, the pair of k2 skis (wear level 2) I received this morning are in such bad condition that I don't think I'll be able to put them back on for the next season. They've been badly recapped, I wonder if they've even been waxed... For me, these skis correspond to what you call wear level 3, so yes, I'm very disappointed...

I contacted them by e-mail to get some more information about my future ski purchase. The response was very brief, with no real answers to my questions.
Not very clean waxing and poor sole filling
Condition 1 is already quite damaged I think. and I'm not completely satisfied with my pair of women's coreup skis because the skis are very wide and I did not get this information in the technical description and not visible on the photo either.

The tops of the skis are quite damaged...
Fast delivery, procedure respected; but the condition of the skis is a bit "over-rated" by the site and the sole preparation is very poor (re-surfacing, edge sharpening, waxing) but I don't know if this is usual or an exceptional quality-defect.
Search on the site not very ergonomic but we manage. Payment OK. Very fast preparation and dispatch. Very careful packaging. Delivery service not good: did not give advance notice as requested when ordering, called thinking it was the previous customer on his round, did not listen to directions, honked like crazy to find the right house. Product corresponds to the description except for the repackaging (see below).
The wear category does not correlate with the product. E.g.: purchase of junior skis, wear category 1, even though they are in worse condition than adult skis, wear category 2.
You can rely on the advertised products, their condition and the careful packaging. Delivery was more or less on time, but please allow 3 days for the order to be processed, from the time of purchase during critical periods (winter vacations).
Delivery arrived perfectly on time. Perfect packaging. Skis quite damaged though (level 2). I expected better condition given the descriptions of the different levels. I can't imagine what a level 3 must be like... It's true that my daughter is now equipped at a lower cost. Sufficient for 2 weeks/year and her age. I wouldn't recommend them for adult skis, which will be kept for several seasons.
