Staff was helpful and courteous, the order arrived as promised and it seems to be working wonderfully. The only improvement would be to make the assembly instructions easier to understand and provide more photos etc. on the website.

My initial order arrived damaged. A quick e-mail produced a replacement order which was delivered within 48 hours. I then found out I had not ordered all the parts I needed and a subsequent order was delivered to me very promptly. Fantastic service!

It took a bit to find the product I was looking for. There wasn't exactly what I wanted but I purchased something close. The shipping cost was way too high for such a light object. Also the box was damaged, though not the product, luckily.

The website was easy to navigate and the order process was equally as good. However there was no where in the web site to order the appropriate track for the SLID'UP 140 bifold door hardware kit as a replacement for a previously damaged track. I therefore had to order another full kit instead of just the track
