Deliveries always take a long time...

Little long delivery time

I accidentally ordered the wrong item because it has the same name but the website refused to let me return it and replace it with the right one, even though it would be cheaper. I recognize it's my mistake but since it is quite a big order (almost half a year worth of supply), I am disappointed in the lack of flexibility in my case.

Order placed on Thursday 07/11, no news on 13/11, no order tracking, order not dispatched from depot. After an e-mail complaint, and a negative opinion, the after-sales service tells me that the order is delayed because of the 11/11 holiday ... in short, smok-it only dispatched the order on 13/11 at the end of the day ... their same-day dispatch advertising is not accurate ...

Placed an order through a positive telephone call to the shop. gear was out of stock in certain color. Received a response after 24 hours because I had missed the email/message. After this, I heard nothing from the shop again. Only after a message when the package would be shipped did I receive an answer after more than 24 hours. Communication is difficult. Package finally arrived +7 days after ordering

Unfortunately, my experiences with Smok-it have not been positive. The order from 4-11 has not yet been shipped. Shipping ticket has been created but not yet transferred to the carrier. Ordered before 12 noon, shipped the same day, as Smok-it describes, so it's a no-brainer. I will only order from Smok-it if I can't get the gear I want anywhere else.

Average, a decent experience but some services need to be improved. long time for my request to be taken into account, delivery in three days, but good.

Delivery time far too long

Delivery times far too long. I placed my order on a Monday and the parcel was only delivered on Friday. I didn't receive my order until the following Monday.

Fast navigation on the site to find my neutral blond tobacco flavour liquid, slow processing of my request (I had to call smok-it again to get them to send me the order.) No need to contact customer service. Fast delivery all in one day.

The nicotine dosages were not respected. My 10mg products were delivered in 20mg. If Smok it doesn't have the products, don't display them when ordering.

1/ Expensive 2/ Delivery times not respected as the order was only prepared after 48 hours. 3/ Unprofessional parcel, poorly packed, no protection for contents, cardboard box bulging, products were packed inside. 4/ Parcel with several shocks and damaged products. (5/ Expensive and no quality service (see above) and no goodies, sweets or free products to thank for a large order. In short, little chance of seeing me again... 6/ Bonus dissatisfaction: impossible to send a complaint from my mobile via the site form. Captcha error but no Captcha control offered. 7/ Waiting for after-sales service to return faulty products.

Delivery takes a long time...

The site is serious and I received the vapes quickly but the vapes have the taste of burning very quickly, they are of poor quality. It's not the site's fault.

Your deliveryman has a problem, it's already two orders that they pass in the mailbox while I'm home (they do not ring) note that the package ordered is much larger than the slot of my mailbox, but despite this, they still passed in compressing the package they have to pull their ears to tell them to 'SOUND" before dropping the package in the mailbox!

I have not yet received the product

I'm responding to this satisfaction survey even though my product still hasn't arrived! I placed my order on October 20th and it's now November 4th.... It says that the delivery time is 4/5 days, but I've been waiting for 2 weeks....

Fast navigation on the site but at the moment of validating the basket I had a fatal error and I contacted smok it to solve the problem twice at 7 days intervals. Despite everything the contact with smok it was fast for this problem. We will see in a few times if the problem returns.

Delivery time too long.order placed on 11/10/2023 still not received.I have already posted a comment about the delivery time but the site has deleted it.

For the second time, I didn't receive my parcel.

1 filter arrived broken and unusable! Very long wait and no communication regarding my order!! I will ask for a refund for my broken filter, but I would not recommend it right now!!!

Unfortunately they made a mistake in the delivery address so the package was returned to sender. I have received nothing. I've contacted them but no answer yet. I'm disappointed, it usually goes well.

Even though I was at home waiting for the parcel, they didn't ring the bell and put the parcel in the letterbox! regarding the online tracking of the parcel, there's work to be done on that front! otherwise, I received my orders fine,, thank you

RAS on the site fast delivery and I benefited from a promo on the other hand disappointment at the level of the product the 7000puff are far from being achievable half the liquid the cigarette leaks and taste of burned so hs resistance half too bad. Items are more expensive than on other sites ;( Shipping is fast and well managed 🙂

Delivery far too long, lack of responsiveness. Delivery times have been getting longer for 3 months.

Order cancelled due to unavailability of purchased products. Refund without problem, but disappointing nonetheless.
