I accidentally ordered the wrong item because it has the same name but the website refused to let me return it and replace it with the right one, even though it would be cheaper. I recognize it's my mistake but since it is quite a big order (almost half a year worth of supply), I am disappointed in the lack of flexibility in my case.

After an e-mail complaint, and a negative opinion, the after-sales service tells me that the order is delayed because of the 11/11 holiday ... in short, smok-it only dispatched the order on 13/11 at the end of the day ... their same-day dispatch advertising is not accurate ...

Placed an order through a positive telephone call to the shop. gear was out of stock in certain color. Received a response after 24 hours because I had missed the email/message. Unfortunately, my experiences with Smok-it have not been positive. The order from 4-11 has not yet been shipped. Shipping ticket has been created but not yet transferred to the carrier. Ordered before 12 noon, shipped the same day, as Smok-it describes, so it's a no-brainer. I will only order from Smok-it if I can't get the gear I want anywhere else.
