Very good choice, quality products. Just one reservation about the speed of shipment: an order from France destination France took a week (Thursday to Thursday) to arrive. Of course in eco mode. But I have orders from Germany that arrive in 4 days, eco mode.

The only thing that really disappointed me is that I placed my order on 6/11 I paid 4.90 € to be delivered in 3 days, but it was posted that 13/11 is 1 week after my order that I received in 10 days instead of 3 days! I find this unacceptable!

I'm responding to this satisfaction survey even though my product still hasn't arrived! I placed my order on October 20th and it's now November 4th.... It says that the delivery time is 4/5 days, but I've been waiting for 2 weeks....

Fast navigation on the site but at the moment of validating the basket I had a fatal error and I contacted smok it to solve the problem twice at 7 days intervals. Despite everything the contact with smok it was fast for this problem. We will see in a few times if the problem returns.
