For the second time, I didn't receive my parcel.

The parcel arrived without surprise, with the right quantities and the right products ordered, and the packaging is almost totally eco-friendly. What more could you ask for?

Sorry, I'm not happy with my package because I have a total of 10 blister packs, or 40 refills that are not chlorophyll despite the packaging and have a white tip. It's not the first time this has happened! I would like to have 10 new cartridges that are really chlorophyll please! And a commercial gesture wouldn't go amiss! Plus they all leak!!! I expect a quick return I'm running out of refills. thank you
