I ordered 10 bottles. My account has been debited but the product is no longer available. So I was given a voucher which I don't know what to do with. I contacted customer service who told me to send an e-mail. Still no answer. Please help
I have placed an order. My account is debited and then I get an email: product unavailable. I'd like a refund but no reply from smok-it. Now I have a voucher for over 150€ for a store that no longer carries the item I use.

To avoid preferably. Service after sale lamentable. They cash sending and after if there is a problem demerde you whereas I am customer with them since several years but good.

Medium unable to prepare an order
No realistic description of the item "made in China" at 10 euros (previously sold for 3 times more, incomprehensible), instantly broke down. I contacted the store by phone and was told "you've bought a 10 euro item, don't expect anything special". 10 euros is an hour's work at minimum wage, and even at 10 euros, you can expect an item to work, otherwise you don't sell it. So I ask for a refund, I have to pay for the return, which they don't offer me even though their item doesn't work (so they could have offered me a free voucher, but you're a pigeonhole in a Parisian boutique), and in shipping costs alone I've paid more than the price of the item. Instead of refunding me, they're giving me a credit note, even though I took the trouble to write a handwritten explanatory letter after my phone call, but they didn't take it into account. A horror. Never again. And I want my money back, I don't want any credit!

Item never received. Customer service informs me that there's nothing they can do and that I should have opted for delivery to a relay point rather than by Colissimo. Not bad for a first on this site!
The expiry date is not indicated on the bottles. Following this remark, I was told that I could return the products, but the return costs would be my responsibility. This is the first time I've had to deal with such poor after-sales service.

7 days after receiving my package, the entire bottle (50ml) spilled into my kitchen, it's my fault I should have taken a picture of the bottle (which was slightly oozing) upon receipt of the package, today it's too late ... 6 bottles ordered, I could have opened it in 4 months, but who cares ...
I ordered 3 pirex 5ml for cleito 120 but received 3 pirex 4ml instead. Not serious.

As we pointed out to you, the problem came from the bottling process: the bottles were not pierced, just badly resealed, which led to a leak. The manufacturing process for a bottle is not our responsibility, and we are not responsible for any shortcomings on the part of the manufacturers.
