Order placed and waited two days to receive my order, which met my expectations.
Long lead time for processing my liquid request and for delivery, but the order met my expectations.
I bought clearomizers, and half of them had defects, so trash.

Until now my orders were delivered in 3 days, today 7 days and I still haven't received anything! I'm going to change the site for my orders.
Product is good as I have had the ice cream mango before when I was in Paris as the taste stays well. I gave a 3 as it was hard to find under your search and your magnifying search button doesn't really work very well
Conforms but products sent 2 days after order, so received after a week because there was Monday, August 15. It would be nice to send the same day or at least the next morning; I had the memory that you were faster.
A little long to send the tracking step
I have not received part of my order
Order preparation time much longer than indicated on the site and no response from customer service despite my message. It's getting to be a lot.
Still nothing after 8 days. They called me to change the color of the electronic cigarette because the one I ordered on the website was no longer available. I ended up with a golden cigarette... I ordered the original blue one from a competitor (already received, in 3 days) and will send back my smok-it package upon receipt (if I ever receive it). I will stay with the competitor for my next orders.
No reply to an email sent, very slow and overpriced delivery
Order placed on 4/7. Credit card debited on 6/7. 7/7, no order tracking info. Contacted the same day via the website. Response on 8/7: due to a change in the order acceptance system, my order had not been processed. I had to ask for my order to be taken into account.
Very long shipment, my parcel took over a week to be handed over to the carrier.

I was contacted by e-mail, after payment, to inform me that the Nitecore Q2 charger was no longer in stock. However, they replaced it with an equivalent item (the i2 from the same brand).
1 week later, my package still hasn't shipped. 2 simple cigarette liquids. No mail from the site, nothing. You wait like a donkey.
Reasonable price but the shipping time is still quite long 5 days before shipment I find it long!
Site not kept up to date. As a result, the order was not completed. I put one star because they were quick to warn me and the second because the refund was made shortly afterwards.

For the first time, there was an oversight in my order, which can happen to anyone and will not prevent me from continuing to order from you... However, when I received my order, I received all the liquids and boosters in good quantity, but the datt white stuff cotton parquet was not present. Apart from this detail, I'm generally satisfied with Smok it 🙂
The products are packaged in a "reinforced" envelope, but this didn't stop one of the liquids from leaking. Very good chocolate smell, but very unpleasant to the touch when you open the envelope. Some sites put the products in cardboard boxes, which are much more protective.
Unfortunately, despite their reasonable prices, the logistics are far from up to scratch! It's up to me to find a more efficient site that respects its customers.
