I accidentally ordered the wrong item because it has the same name but the website refused to let me return it and replace it with the right one, even though it would be cheaper. The "E-LIQUIDE MOZAMBIQUE SELS DE NICOTINE DE PULP 10ML" and the "MOZAMBIQUE BLEND 10ML - LE POD LIQUIDE BY PULP" have different formulations, including their PG/VG ratios, which are clearly indicated in their respective product descriptions to help customers choose the right formula for their device. Your order was placed on January 16, shipped the next day, and delivered to a pickup point on January 23. Since it was collected on January 29, if the mistake had been noticed earlier, we could have advised you not to pick it up. In that case, the package would have been returned to us due to non-collection, and we could have explored a solution. However, since the issue was only discovered upon opening the package, a return or exchange is unfortunately no longer possible. Once a product has left our premises, we cannot guarantee its integrity for resale, which is why we have to maintain this policy for all customers.
