Order placed on 7/06, here we are on 10/06 after sending an email I learn that it is still not shipped without any explanation or excuse. Add to this a delay of easily a week before receiving the collissimo, so it takes 15 days to receive an order. This is the last time for me!

Hello, the cigarette I ordered does not charge.
I will only give one star. I find it disgraceful to send an e-mail to tell me that my parcel has been dispatched and then wait 5 hours to tell me that a product is missing. Worst of all, they give me a credit note worth less than the product I paid for but which I won't get. I asked for a direct refund. One thing's for sure, I'll never order from them again!

Item ordered on March 8 and never received. However, I ordered items from nearby boutiques and received them on Thursday. Their only response, wait but my credit card has been debited. I want my money back as soon as possible. I think I've been cheated and lost the amount on my credit card.

I placed an order at the beginning of August and they sent me an email saying that the last part was broken and that they would receive it on the 19th. So far, so good, but I should have received it within a fairly short timeframe. The person called me at home where he said he was sending it and that the part would arrive today, but still nothing. I'm very dissatisfied and I'd like them to send it to me as soon as possible because waiting just for an order at 5 euros or so is starting to take a long time. 1st opinion refused...but I haven't said everything for my order of 10/04. Lack of professionalism but rather of reactivity, despite my various requests. A damaged battery (during transport perhaps) - and don't forget the recipient's address error on the part of the site. Fortunately I know the letter carrier, who recognized my name. The battery was returned after receiving a return slip within 3 (working) days of the complaint (16/04). A replacement battery was sent under ......5 days after complaints (on 18/04) what a waste of time and trust...of professionalism and therefore of reactivity! with this waste of time, I was able to use my new box after 15 days after my initial order; picked up on 25/04 because tracked shipment and that the carrier did not want to ring at my home but asks me to recover in post office (do not forget the very accessible schedules of these post offices!). It's worth noting that people have a job, but they're not smart enough... However, it's not for lack of sending several emails and asking not to be penalized. I see I've been listened to!
As we explained to you in a previous exchange, we have no control over parcel delivery. Handling, delivery times and delivery depend on the post office, and if the letter carrier didn't want to ring your doorbell, we can't be held responsible. In fact, the only mistake we can admit is that there was an error in the address noted on the first shipment. This is called human error and we are sorry for it. Best regards.

Hello I sent an email to complain about the order but in return an email telling me that it was not possible On the two liquids one was opened and opened the answer made is that if it had been opened the liquid would have flowed and well no no drips but still there was well one opened there person to say checked 30 bottles and not one of them was open, bad luck for me, but I'm very disappointed for a first order, and even more disappointed by the response. I did not receive the entire order
I went to their store (because of a problem with the compatibility of smok-it eliquids and clearos: INFAMOUS burnt taste despite 1,000 combinations tested) and ce4 and ce5 "smok-it" clearos were still unusable. 4 people saw this in my home in a direct test and smok-it said no and wouldn't even test in front of me in the store. it's due to the coating (machining layer) of the clearos.
