Delivery a little long
I had ordered products in 3 mg nicotine and received them in 10 mg. This is the first incident I've had since ordering.

Hello, I have already sent you an email. I was disappointed to take express delivery and only receive my order 5 days later. You promise delivery before 1pm and in the worst case it arrives the next day... There 5 days. Moreover I had ordered nicotine boosters in 70/30... My 4 boosters arrived in 50/50.
Perfect reception of the order. I ordered 4 shotfills and 1 aroma. In the order, I had 1 shotfill date exceeded, normal I knew it with the purchase. The aroma had the right date, but the other 3 shotfills, the dates had disappeared, on 1 it was clear that someone had used a product to erase the date, and on the other 2 dates could not be found. So, 1st order and last.
Rather long delivery ( one week) A liquid was missing in the parcel without any message of explanation of the site. Obviously a problem of provisioning, but the least of the things would be to warn or propose something at the time of the preparation of the order. The prices are relatively high compared to other sites, I personally ordered there JUST for the liquid which missed in the order..not chance.
Product no longer available, so order refunded
Be careful to read the information, which is not always very clear. For example, whether the batteries are included or the compatibility of the various components... Otherwise fast delivery.
I ordered 2 boxes of resistors and received 2 resistors. I sent an email to report it, no answer, I phoned customer service, they were supposed to get back to me within the day but no phone contact. To date I have paid for 2 boxes of resistors, already expensive, and I have received 2 resistors. Problem unresolved

Order arrived late
"2/3 day delivery" more than a week's wait, let's go over it because of the covid. i had ordered 3 flavours, one of them wasn't the right one, but a different flavour doesn't bother me just that it was 3mg nicotine instead of 20mg so GOOD that's a problem. i know i could have sent it back but considering how long i waited to receive it...

Delivery times too long
Parcel received 8 days after ordering by recorded delivery. I'm used to ordering from a competitor, with the same type of shipment it arrives 2-3 days after the order. Then, the resistance ordered in addition is defective, fortunately there was one with the cigarette.

Usually nothing to say about the responsiveness of the site, but the last order was shipped 5 days after being placed... Which means that I should receive my order for the 9th on the 17th! Otherwise, the prices are very attractive.
The products are excellent and delivery was very quick. However, I'm not satisfied with the delivery price. In fact, I paid more for delivery because it's outside France (Switzerland), so the price for international delivery is quite normal up to now, but on delivery to my home I was charged another 25€ on top of the delivery, which is already about 16€. Over €41 in delivery charges is unacceptable, especially as it's written "nul par" for the extra €25. The product is too expensive. Too bad

The order arrived a week and a half later and I had paid for delivery within 3 days at 4.90. Finally I was given a credit note, I wouldn't recommend the store again, so it was ruined. And when I asked them if we couldn't find another solution, I was told, "We're already nice enough to give you a credit note.
Shipping far too long, 11 days!
A credit note that obliges you to take back an order and therefore pay shipping costs is really not cool at all. I think it's an average idea.
