The products are packaged in a "reinforced" envelope, but this didn't stop one of the liquids from leaking. Very good chocolate smell, but very unpleasant to the touch when you open the envelope. Some sites put the products in cardboard boxes, which are much more protective.
The site is clear and I was able to find everything I needed. I was afraid I wouldn't like the flavours and I love it! Delivery took 6 days, but the store staff were very friendly.
