A little disappointed, as I would have liked to know that some eliquids were not available.
Parcel received on time but in a simple followed letter, result one of the vials is pierced half emptied in the package.
Package received after 3 weeks there is the health crisis too but good .. I recommend the site.
Delivery time not respected at all, I ordered 4 times on 2 other cam sites and the product was delivered the next day or even 3 days later. Now, it's been 3 days, and still no tracking number, no news... I contacted support and got a very brief reply of just a few words that didn't really explain the situation. I understand that with this health crisis it's harder, but in this case, warn the customer of a possible delay and don't leave him waiting with nothing... at least that's what I was taught in business management / and sales a few years ago.
A missing eliquid and an error on another product. A solution had to be found.
The site is well done, everything is clear, but it's a long wait to receive the products, unfortunately.
Always annoying, the liquids finally out of stock, after ordering ... Or the nicotine rate different from that ordered. Or nicotine levels different from those ordered. Otherwise, OK.
Super-fast delivery, but a bottle of raid astair is missing
The site is easy to navigate and the prices are attractive, but I'm still disappointed. The item ordered was noted as being available with a delivery time of 48 hours. But my order went out a week later. I don't understand why and I didn't receive any information warning me of any delay.
Package opened, missing 1 set of TFV12 silicone gaskets, missing candy taste Banana 10ml nicotine 3ml, violet 10ml nicotine 3ml for a first order it's disappointing.

Ordered on Wednesday, received on Monday! An error in delivery......... I was afraid of the state of my cigarette, the package was rescotched, but not ..... Perfect! Tested only yesterday, so I can't give you a grade, to be seen..... It seems fine to me, except that the clermo is leaking through the ventilation holes. I'm going to take it apart to see if everything's properly installed. To be continued........
Delivery not fast enough

I received the order today but 3 of 4 falcons spilled about 1/4 of its contents on the trip... the package smelled very good on delivery... too bad! Everything was soaked!

I don't find the site very clear in terms of product information.
A desire to do the right thing, but no less than 5 liquids were missing to complete my order, available on the site but not in practice. I had to choose others that didn't necessarily interest me...
I did not receive a duplicate item. Instead, I received similar items with different characteristics and colors, without a word of explanation or any attempt to contact the seller beforehand about an out-of-stock situation, for example.

On the site I have too nothing to complain delivery was made on time and the package was clean....
Average...The parcel number doesn't work so we can't track it...And several bottles leaked in the envelope...Result two bottles half empty and product everywhere...!!

The site is good, the after-sales service much less so,a battery at 9 euros faulty but impossible to change, you have to go to the post office (difficult given my working hours), make the package, etc. ... while I am a loyal customer for several years and I have never sent anything back before.... Other sites like Philips, Amazon...are less fussy and more commercial, they only need a certificate saying that the faulty item has been destroyed. I won't be ordering any more electronics from smok it.

Unexplained delivery time. The site boasts of same-day shipping, but I ordered on the 20th and the order left on the 25th following my contact.
Slightly crushed parcel with a bit of liquid coming out of two bottles, but it only took 9 days to get to Australia so that's not bad!
The product is what I expected, but the 2-3 day delivery is more like 5-6 days! And 24h in store is more like 2-3 days. Apart from that, the customer service is there, but without making any commercial gesture or just fulfilling the contract!
