Perfect. The only problem on the site is a bug at the time of payment by Visa. The machine indicated a payment problem when in fact the payment was validated. Otherwise, very good... fast, friendly delivery at an attractive price.

Not the right product received I ordered an e-liquid product in 70/30 VG/PG and not a 50/50 as I received. See the e-mail of 13.04.2021 to which you still haven't replied...!

Sir, we haven't replied to you because we didn't receive your message, indeed on the product sheet it is indicated that the liquid is in 70/30 whereas the photo shows it in 50/50, however if the liquid doesn't suit you you can return it to us if it hasn't been opened and we will refund you in full or we can make an exchange for a liquid of your choice even if its value is higher than your purchase.
